To help naturally relieve pain consider: 
1. Curcumin (active form of turmeric) supplementation to help decrease inflammation and pain related to dental procedures, arthritis and menstruation. 
2. Feverfew supplementation may help decrease pain related to rheumatoid arthritis as well as toothache and stomach aches.
3. Using Boswellia may help decrease pain related to osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.
4. Acupuncture can be a very effective natural way to reduce certain types of pain including low back pain, neck pain and knee pain related to osteoarthritis.
5. Incorporating yoga into your movement routine may help you better manage your pain through stretching. You may see an improvement with lower back pain, arthritis, fibromyalgia and pain related to headaches.

NSAIDs stand for non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. They basically reduce inflammation and often relieve pain.

Look out πŸ‘€ for aspirin, ibuprofen πŸ’Š(Advil, Motrin, Midol) and naproxen (Aleve, Naprosyn). These drugs can be very effective and tend to work quickly BUT they do have some damaging side-effects. The one I want to focus on is the DECREASED health of your gut.
